Ordination 2016

Livinus Onogwu will be ordained for St Patrick’s Missionary Society on Sunday February 7th. Livinus comes from the Diocese of Nsukka in Enugu State in Nigeria. The history of St Patrick’s Fathers in Nigeria precedes the formal foundation of the Society in 1932. Livinus heard about the Society through the publications of St Paul’s Missionary Society in Nigeria. The first members of our Society that he met were Frs Ciaran Flynn and Pat Corcoran. He did his First Mission Assignment with Fr Michael Bennett in Tzaneen Diocese in South Africa. Best wishes to Livinus and we pray that he will have a long and happy future with St Patrick’s. We hope to have photos of the special occasion next week.
